2. AVAILABLE PAYMENT METHODS

The Visão&Visual offers various payment methods so you can conveniently pay for ordered products, and you can make the payment online or offline. The choice of method of payment will be made in the final stage of the purchasing process.

PAYPAL:

Paypal

This is the most known system used and secure online payments. You can add any of your credit card to your Paypal account and take advantage of this payment method in our shop. Make payments securely click of a button. With PayPal, you need not enter their financial information whenever you make a purchase. You will simply be redirected to PayPal page, where you should make your login and validate the payment. After that we will return to our store to complete your purchase.

BANK TRANSFER:

There is the possibility to make payment by bank transfer: All data for payment will be provided at the end of purchase. During the transfer process, the reserved field observations just have to put the reference of the respective order. To avoid delays, the order will be validated after sending the proof of payment to: comprovativos@visaoevisual.pt. After being received the order payment will be prepared and dispatched.

PAYMENT TO THE COLLECTION / CASH ON DELIVERY:

Pagamento à cobrança You can also choose to pay only upon delivery of the ordered item. To do this, simply select the method of payment to the collection / cash on delivery at the end of your purchase. This payment method has additional costs, depending on the type of order requested.

3. SHIPPING METHODS

CTT e NACEX All items of Visão&Visual have as the carrier scheduled for delivery in mainland Portugal and Islands: 2-5 business days. Other countries in Europe have the expected delivery 6-15 business days and the Rest of the World 15-30 business days. If delivery can not be successful, the court will be subject to new billing sizes.

Delivery times do not include the order preparation time, it will only be made upon receipt of the respective amounts, except in case of payment for recovery. Orders made before 16h on weekdays, will be processed and shipped (when in stock) the same day. All other requests will be processed the next business day.

The value of shipping varies depending on the country, quantity and weight of the selected products. The value for Portugal mainland and islands is from the € 3.94 (incl. VAT) in case of pre-payment and from € 6.15 (incl. VAT) for sending to the collection. In the case of international shipping, the values of the sizes will range from € 12.30 (incl. VAT).
